MORE ABOUT MISA
One of the region’s most memorable emcees, Misa is a native Japanese who was born in Malaysia and grew up in Singapore. This chili padi packs a punch (she’s also a Muay Thai boxer) in her 10 years of experience.
Her hosting resume boasts some of the biggest international names and is the go-to bilingual emcee when it comes to Japanese-related events being one of the best Japanese-English bilingual emcees in Singapore.
Known for her quick wit, spontaneous charm, and passion for hosting,
Misa loves her audience and it shows. From corporate dinners, award ceremonies, and product launches to hybrid live shows like webinars and virtual tours, Misa brings her trademark enthusiasm and energy to any event, sometimes even decked in a full kimono!

She is perfectly at home with the biggest names and celebrities as she is excited about hosting an intimate corporate online session. To date, some of her co-hosts and interviewees include Michelle Chong, Edmund Chen, and Joseph Schooling.
Her previous experience as a TV host, movie premiere emcee, commercial voiceover artiste, and even radio DJ for the Japanese Expat Radio station 96.3fm has taken her all over the region, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, and even Sri Lanka.

As the tourism ambassador for Tottori prefecture, Misa is also often found professing her love for this hidden gem of Japan on various travel and news programs. From camel-riding on the sand dunes to taking wedding photos during cherry blossom season, she has (almost) done everything in Tottori and can’t wait for more.
She continues to promote the prefecture as their social media manager while dreaming about the wagyu shabu-shabu (incidentally, first invented in Tottori).
